g.SPECIAL LECTURE ON OAXACAN CUISINE AND INGREDIENTS.
h.TWO COMPLETE DINNERS (CENAS) AT WELL-KNOWN QUALITY RESTAURANTS.
i.ADDITIONAL CENA AND CLOSING GUELAGUETZA (TRADITIONAL PERFORMANCE ILLUSTRATING DANCE AND DRESS FROM DIFFERENT REGIONS OF THE STATE).
j.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LOCATIONS OF ADDITIONAL
CENAS FOR EACH NIGHT, WITH EACH PARTICIPATING
RESTAURANT OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO MEMBERS OF THE
TOUR FOR THAT EVENING.
k. GUIDES AND ENTRANCE FEES FOR THE FOREGOING.
2) TOTAL COST IS $735 USD PER PERSON, INCLUSIVE OF TAX.
3) DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $200 USD IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, BALANCE DUE AND PAYABLE IN CASH THE MONDAY MORNING WHEN ACTIVITIES BEGIN.
4)A 10% DISCOUNT APPLIES IF DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, DECEMBER 31, 2007, FOR A NET TOTAL COST OF $661.50 USD.
5)DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE ONLY IF THE ORGANIZERS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION ELECT TO CANCEL THE EVENT WHICH THEY SHALL BE PERMITTED TO DO ANY TIME BEFORE 11:59 PM, DECEMBER 31, 2007, AT WHICH TIME ALL DEPOSITS SHALL BE REFUNDED.
6)FIRM SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES WILL BE EMAILED TO PARTICIPANTS NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31, 2008. ALL DAYS SHALL COMMENCE WITH EVENTS BEGINNING AT 9 AM.
7) EACH PARTICIPANT MUST BE A GUEST OF A MEMBER OF THE
OAXACA BED & BREAKFAST ASSOCIATION (OBBA - EACH MEMBER
WILL OFFER A DISCOUNT BETWEEN 10 AND 25% TO PARTICIPANTS).
8) PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
a.FLIGHT OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION ARRIVING AT AND DEPARTING FROM OAXACA.
b.GRATUITIES.
c.ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
d.MEAL COSTS OTHER THAN AS SPECIFICALLY SET OUT
ABOVE.
e.BREAKFASTS (TO BE ARRANGED DIRECTLY WITH
PARTICIPATING B & B'S PURSUANT TO THEIR POLICIES).
f.ACCOMMODATION COSTS
g.ANY INSURANCE COSTS
9) IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT PARTICPANTS ARRIVE PRIOR TO
SATURDAY MORNING, MARCH 1, 2008, AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR STAY IN OAXACA BY REMAINING IN THE CITY FOR AT LEAST A DAY OR TWO AFTER THE TOUR HAS CONCLUDED, THE ASSOCIATION AGREEING TO HONOR DISCOUNTED RATES FOR ADDITIONAL DATES RESERVED.
10) FOR THOSE PARTICIPANTS INTERESTED IN ARRIVING A WEEK
EARLY OR STAYING A WEEK LATER AT THEIR OBBA MEMBER

OFFER A 20% DISCOUNT OFF THEIR REGULAR FEES FOR ONE

11) OAXACA BED & BREAKFAST ASSOCIATION RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF TOUR PARTICIPANTS IN ITS SOLE
DISCRETION.
